Hernán Calderón (Bolivia) together with Ronald Espinoza (Peru), will take you on an unforgettable photographic journey around the most beautiful sites in Bolivia. You will have the opportunity to witness unique sunsets, visit impressive landscapes, be in a place where the sky meets the Earth, and see the most beautiful starry skies with the naked eye that will awaken the inspiration and the creative artist in you.

DATES

The Workshop Photo Tour Bolivia 2023, begins and ends in the city of La Paz - Bolivia, from the 20th until the 29th of march, 2023.

PRICE

The investment per person in the event is $us. 2,500. – (Two thousand five hundred 00/100 US dollars), up to a maximum of 10 participants. If there is greater demand, the organization may analyze the viability of a second event or cancel the event if it does not have the necessary amount.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

To secure and reserve your place it is necessary to pay an amount of $us. 900.- (Nine hundred 00/100 US dollars) until 10/31/2022.

The remaining amount we give you the possibility to split in two payments.

$us. 700.- (Seven hundred 00/100 US dollars) must be paid until 31/12/2022.
$us. 700.- (Seven hundred 00/100 US dollars) must be paid until 28/02/2023.

Or make an upfront total payment with 10% discount until 10/31/2022.

Reservations will be assigned in strict order of arrival.

EXPLANATORY NOTE: the Workshop Photo Tour requires a minimum of 8 attendees to be carried out. Please, if you come from another country; do not buy any airline tickets until the event is confirmed. If the Photo Tour is cancelled due to not completing the minimum number of attendees, your reservation will be returned in full.

PAYMENT METHODS

Deposit, transfer or credit in a Bank account. The shipping costs must be assumed by the participant.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation must be notified in writing. In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:

Any cancellations before December 31st, 2022, will apply a charge of $us. 300 of operative cost, and the rest will be fully refunded.
If the cancellation is after January 15th, 2023, no amount will be refunded.
Failure to comply with the payment deadlines will be considered as a cancellation of the reserved place. The amount of the deposit will not be returned.
If you arrive late or do not attend the event, the amount will not be refunded.
Special cancelation due health conditions will be consider case by case.

Accommodation in Five Stars hotel in the City of La Paz “Camino Real Suites” (single bedroom), Luxury Hotel in Uyuni “Palacio de Sal” (doble room with single bed) rustic accommodation inside the Uyuni tour (multiple occupation rooms for 6) and rustic accommodation inside the National Park Sajama (multiple occupation room for 6).
Complete meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) during the development of the event (If you require a specific diet, please inform at the time of registration).
Entrance passes to the destinations mentioned in the itinerary.

Air tickets to / from Bolivia.
Insurance for photographic equipment and luggage.

There are no limits on the photographic equipment you want to take on this trip, although we advise you to always travel as light as possible. In addition, In any case, whatever equipment you wear, we will help you get the most out of it so that you achieve the best results.

PHYSICAL FORM AND HEALTH STATUS

Bolivia is an environment that requires some physical exigency. The Photography Tour has been planned based on the fitness of an average person in good health, but if you have doubts about your physical abilities or health problems, please consult your doctor before to make the reservation.

By making the reservation, you ensure that you are in good health and that you do not have any type of physical impediment to make the trip and that it may affect you or any of the other participants. Once the reservation is accepted, medical problems that may appear will not be accepted as valid cause to cancel the trip.

If a participant becomes ill during the workshop, Hernán Calderón & Ronald Espinoza reserves the right to continue with the Photography Tour for the benefit of the rest of the participants. Hernán Calderón & Ronald Espinoza will do all efforts to assist you, trying to make this affect the other participants as little as possible.
